Projects

RJT has an outstanding reputation for their project work. They are able to plan the project from start to finish to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Over the years RJT have worked on a variety of projects working with The Ministry of Defence, The Minisrty of Justice, The Department of Education, NHS, and many more.

The project in Loughborough was a residential house which was being converted into a home occupying ex-soldiers where they come to rehabilitate and their families can visit. The house had a complete refit for wheel chair access including a lift, ensuite disabled access showers and a specialised kitchen. We worked on this project throughout of July 2018, we provided a builders clean, followed by a sparkle clean. Once this had been cleaned we provided an hygienic clean to ensure it was ready for the patients to move into. It was a very rewarding project, seeing how the benefits of this would impact on people’s lives. The team as always worked so hard to ensure this was perfect. 

This project started in August 2018, we started with a small team working through each room alongside the builders cleaning up the rubbish, de taping windows and removing debris off the surfaces. From the we did three cleans on each room: Builders clean Detailed clean Sparkle clean. The project consisted of 264 rooms each equipped with an open plan kitchen, living and bedroom area and an ensuite bathroom. There were communal areas over eleven floors, cinema room, living space and a gym. We had a team of cleaners working daily on this and we completed the project on the 20th December 2018. The team work was outstanding, the level of cleaning was superb and overall a fantastic project to work on. 

Brize Norton RAF base was the largest project of 2017 the team had taken on. The deadlines were tough, the project in itself was challenging and there was a lot of detailed cleaning to work at. The team worked for 26 days straight, over 8 hours of cleaning each day with now hot water or sometimes power. The team working on this were absolutely fantastic, they energy they had each day cleaning to strict times and rotas, they were so dedicated and professional. It was a fantastic achievement for the team and the company.
